Mercado Central T This beautiful two-bedroom penthouse with a private terrace is located just a few steps from Cádiz’s Central Market, right in the heart of the historic city centre. Access to the apartment is via a private lift that leads directly into the bright living room, furnished with a 1.60 m sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a Smart TV. From here, the rest of the rooms, including the kitchen, are distributed. Two large windows fill the living room with natural light. The first bedroom, while interior, is very bright thanks to a window overlooking an inner courtyard. It features a 1.50 x 2 m double bed and spacious built-in wardrobes. A hallway connects the two bedrooms and houses the first full bathroom, equipped with a shower and glass screen. The second bedroom is filled with natural light, with two exterior windows. It includes a 1.60 x 2 m bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table for three. From the kitchen, you access the apartment’s highlight: a stunning private terrace, furnished with two sun loungers, a high table with stools, a dining table for six, sunshades, an outdoor shower, and a lounge area – ideal for relaxing any time of the day.
