Cozy and bright with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one of the most important avenues in Cadiz. It is two minutes from La Victoria Beach. The building has been recently renovated and maintains the charm and characteristics of the local architecture. It has the details to enjoy an unforgettable stay. It has a very pleasant small terrace to get some fresh air. It will be a pleasure to host you and we are sure it will be a place to return to spend some perfect days in Cadiz.

    The building has an elevator. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed and is completely noiseless with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 90 cm beds. It has another bathroom with access from the living room.

    Full bathroom with shower. Completely new, current and modern furniture that creates a cozy atmosphere. Fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware and utensils.Master bedroom with comfortable 1.40 cm bed and private bathroom. Second bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.Living room with sofa, dining table and flat TV with access to second bathroom. It also has a hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board... Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Great apartment located just in front of the sea and the Paseo Maritimo. Good public transport with bus stop next to the building and Cercanía train station "Estadio" one block away. Supermarket right across the street.Apartment is equipped with everything you need. Apartment is on the third floor, from the balcony you can see the sea. Only "disadvantage": The opposite wing of the building is pretty close, so it casts a shadow on the balcony for most of the day, which can be a bit chilly on a cold or windy day. But in summer with high temperatures the shadow is just right.Great that we were provided with 2 sets of keys.
