Villa Gabriella 4 bed Villa opposite Golf Course, 3km from the beach

Villa Gabriella is a well kept, stunning 4 bedroom property situated between the town of Chiclana and Conil (Roche is 2 minutes away) in the region of Cadiz in southern Spain, the villa offers English, German, Spanish and French tv, and Wifi connection. We have recently updated the villa by painting all rooms in the house and new mattresses, bed linen and towels. The villa has a large lounge/dining room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 en suite shower room, the property stands in a beautiful large mature gardens with a patio and additional shaded seating area by the 8 x 4 metre pool, the garden is very private and secluded with plenty of space for children to play and a barbeque for alfresco dining. At the front of the house are secure gates with parking for cars and a shaded patio area with comfortable seating. The villa can sleep up to 8+ people, with bedrooms to sleep 8 people and 2 extra beds for children if required. Villa Gabriella is situated overlooking Estancia gold which is a 18 hole golf course just off the n340. Walking distance is a venta, bar/restaurant and beautiful countryside and pine trees, a car is necessary for the beach 3km away, shopping, restaurants and supermarkets are also close by.
This region of Spain is perfect for a family holiday, the region has plenty to offer, from historical cites with such charm! Cadiz, Seville and Jerez are all worth a visit, Gibraltar, 1.15 hrs away is a good day out for a bit of tax free shopping, a trip around the rock is an experience, watch out for the monkeys!! trips to see the Dolphins are also available, which is a really great experience. Verjer de la Frontera is a lovely hill top Spanish Village, a 15 minute drive away, this is one of my favorite places lots of little shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars.

Conil (a weekly market is worth a visit) and a lively little place to visit during the day or evenings, El Porta de Santa Maria - You can take a boat trip across the Bay of Cadiz to this lovely town, with it's fine Bodegas, fish restaurants, pop across for lunch together with a glass of fino or two! Tarifa - again Dolphin trips are available from here, which are a great trip for all the family, Go to the beach where the big sand dune is (punta paloma) experience a mud bath!! And watch the kite surfers! Rota, Sanlucar de Barrameda, Donana Cota National Park, are some of the few places that are really worth a visit - or if you choose to sit and relax by the pool, ride the waves or relax on the beautiful La Barrosa Beach, or hire a Kayak at Santi Petri Beach and paddle over to what seems like your own private island! We are sure you will have a lovely holiday in the Costa de Luz.

Wonderful villa
We had a great time at the villa, beautiful pool and a lovely garden. Lots of places to sit outside that were shaded. Very well appointed villa with lots of extras. The only downside (and nothing that would stop us from coming again) would be the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. Great location too and easy to reach nearby towns and breaches. Thanks again Jackie!

Magnificent property in beautiful quiet location. Perfect😘👍
We only stayed at Villa Gabriella for three nights but what a magnificent property. The villa is in a quiet location just what we like but this makes having a car a must. A beautifully presented property with great pool and gardens perfect for those warm summer evenings. We can’t find fault with the villa and will definitely stay again when next in the area.

Lovely villa with great facilities
Our group of 10 enjoyed a wonderful week at Villa Gabriella, the pool is perfect and the outside areas very welcome as we generally stayed round the pool for most of our stay, therefore cannot really comment on too much of the surrounding area. The bbq area is great and the facilities inside are very impressive! The WiFi wasn’t great and we couldn’t really get or stay connected but there were a lot of us trying to use it! The only suggestion I would make is as the villa sleeps 10 that there are 10 sun beds available as we had to swap and change around a bit, but I would highly recommend staying here and both the owners and Eileen, our contact whilst we were there, were very helpful. Many many thanks! Jenny and Craig.

Gorgeous villa with great outdoor space and lovely pool
Gorgeous villa, with everything you could think of. Great size property, lovely swimming pool with lots of outdoor space that suited both parties. Would highly recommend this property as it was great value for money. We were given lots of information about the villa and various places to visit. Definitely a need to hire a car due to its location. Even though there were fans in the bedrooms we wished the villa had air conditioning as it was a little uncomfortable to sleep on times. We had a great holiday in this lovely part of Spain.

Great pool, very comfortable.
Generally a lovely property to stay in, with a great pool. We had a few issues with the pool filter/pump which ran continually at full speed for a couple of days which was quite noisy. The neighbours also sang karaoke on a couple of afternoons quite loudly which was funny to begin with then became irritating after an hour or so!

Super villa for a great family holiday!
We stayed 2 weeks at the Villa Gabriella in summer 2017. Very impressed with this property, it was a hit with kids and adults alike! Good location, very clean & modern, well appointed with a nice kitchen, bathrooms, WiFi service etc. The pool is lovely, a nice size for the whole family to cool off. We particularly liked the garden layout because there's a choice of several places to sit depending on the time of day, whether you want somewhere shady or sunny. The garden offers privacy and is very pleasant to relax in, lots of attractive flowers and trees around. Our kids are already looking forward to their next visit :-)

Get away from it all in the quiet country side
Spotlessly clean and enough space for everyone. 9 of us had a very relaxing long weekend in this quiet and tranquil Villa which is just close enough and just far away enough from everything. Lovely pool and amenities very well equipped kitchen and anything else you can think of is provided. Opposite the golf course so nice open views and not in a built up area at all. Recommended for large families or two families. Plenty of parking space and things to do in the area. We recommend the beaches and the restaurants - on Saturday morning there was a car boot sale just up the road.

Estancia perfecta
La casa es tal y como se muestra. Perfectamente acoge a 8 adultos en sus 4 dormitorios. La cocina cuenta con prácticamente todo lo que puedes necesitar. La casa esta muy bien comunicada para llegar en coche y poder ir a los supermercados. A tener en cuenta, el perímetro con la parcela de al lado, no esta vallado perfectamente, y puede escaparse el perro. La recomendaría y volvería sin duda.
