In the Cabourg fan and 2 steps from the beach, in a Norman style residence, 11m² studio for 3 people on the 1st floor without elevator. The apartment includes: a main room (with BZ 140x190 and single bed 90x190 on the mezzanine) an open kitchen (with 2 electric hobs, refrigerator, and microwave oven), and a bathroom (with shower and WCs).
Pets are not allowed in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (outside school holidays).

La propreté laissait à désirer: cadavres de mouches dans l'escalier menant au logement, grosse tache brune sur le duvet, oreillers avec leur fourre précédente. Forte odeur chimique, heureusement que nous avons pu laisser ouverte la fenêtre de la salle de bain durant notre séjour. Sinon, le logement correspondait plus ou moins bien à la description: juste suffisant pour 3 personnes de petite taille et 3 petites valises, ou, notre cas, pour 2 personnes de grande taille et 2 valises moyennes.
