Don’t expect a 5 star property, food was sometimes good sometimes mid. Marcos the beach server was the best, great drinks he made and good English. Most staff were good, lacking in English a little bit but gave us a chance to learn some lol. Construction around the property is still happening. Which didn’t make or break it for us but if you are picky about ocean sound don’t go. Their day off for construction is Sunday if that helps. You can’t hear it in your room just on the beach. Get your beach or pool chairs early, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are busy days of the beach and hotel. Buffet was okay nothing to write home about. Over all good but you do get what you pay for. It’s cheap. So you know. In fact management wasn't present during the whole incident. There was no one in charge that was skilled or versed on how to maintain the guests .
