This is a single-story, spacious, welcoming, and comfortable house!

It features 1 suite and 3 additional bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is spacious and airy, with glass and wood elements. Outside, you'll find a private barbecue area, private pool, and a sunbathing area.

Nearby, there are many convenient shops and services for guests, all within easy reach and close to the house: restaurants, Extra Supermarket, Hortifrut (franchise), barbecue house, beverage and ice distributor—all less than 400 meters away. The condominium is located just inside the entrance gate.

In the kitchen, we have everything guests need: pots, containers, utensils, dishes, and cutlery;

There is one suite plus three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. We comfortably accommodate 8 people, and if your group includes children, we can accommodate up to 10 with the addition of extra single mattresses, which are available upon request and subject to availability.

Note: The gardener and pool caretaker usually visit in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. Everything is done to ensure your comfort.

Note: For electricity and water, we have a quota included in the reservation and payment of the excess amount according to the clocks checked at the entrance and exit of the accommodation;

Check-in takes place at scheduled times, keys will be handed over in person with a check-in deadline of 22:00;
