Hoje venho fazer minha avaliacao deste imovel . Por 3 anps consecutivos passo c minha familia uma semana de ferias em janeiro. Alem de muito confortavel a casa ainda possui uma vista maravilhosa . Durante o ano inteiro ficamos cheios de espectativas pra chegar janeiro pra irmos ao melhor lugar do rio de janeiro. Nao sei se e o lugar ou a compania,so sei que se existe felicidade la e onde eu a encontro

Casa em péssima condições!

O local é ótimo se estive tudo conforme o Anúncio, mas nada condiz.. A casa não está em condições boa. 1 chuveiro de 1 quarto so funcionava água quente, o outro so agua gelada,apena 1 funcionava agua gelada e quente, q quarto estava sem ventilador o outro a madeira da cama estava quebrada que quando sentamos caiu, os colchoes das camas de solteiro estavam em estado péssimo, rasgado, a piscina qe seria de uso todos os dias nem usamos pois estava suja e no dia seguinte a agua verde que não dava pra chegar perto de fedor, a tv principal que é da sala nao funcionava, O som tbm nao, sem contar que se for com criança tem que ter muito cuidado pois o deck não tem proteção em madeiras é tudo aberto direto pro canal... Enfim o que seria para lazer e diversão não aconteceu ficamos muito decepcionado porque esperavamos uma coisa e encontramos outra.
