"Snowbirds wanting to get out of the harsh weather of NC so decided to check out Saint Augustine. Absolutely loved the gated complex with just enough amenities to keep us entertained. The unit was very spacious and being an end unit allowed for privacy. The unit had everything needed to be comfortable and the starter kit was awesome! The owner has it decorated beautifully with the feeling you are at the beach..I would say the unit could use some TLC maybe some fresh paint especially on the ceilings and baseboards and a good deep cleaning. But all in all it was a wonderful stay… we enjoyed the balcony watching all the people walking their pets. "
