The entire house was extensively modernised and renovated in 2019.

It received a new roof, new windows, doors, flooring, bathrooms, etc. All apartments have been modernly furnished with new furniture. The outdoor area has been redesigned.

There are 6 exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms. All apartments feature high-quality designer flooring. All apartments have new bathrooms—some with natural light—completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave (some as a combination unit), etc. All apartments are non-smoking.

A shared washing machine and dryer, as well as bicycle storage—including charging stations for e-bikes—have been provided.
