"The property's location was highly advantageous. The staff generally exhibited a high level of professionalism and helpfulness, with the exception of the late-night/early-morning shift. We encountered an issue where a member of our party was locked out of one of our three rooms. While I encountered some difficulty obtaining a replacement key due to my name not being registered for that specific room, I acknowledge the validity of this policy. The cleanliness of the room could be improved, as I observed some chip crumbs on the floor; however, I recognize the challenges inherent in maintaining pristine conditions at all times. The amenities were satisfactory. We opted out of daily room cleaning and requested towels, toilet paper, and coffee, which occasionally experienced delays in delivery. On a positive note, the staff provided exceptional assistance when a member of our group sustained an injury, offering crutches and a wheelchair, which I consider a significant value-added service. Furthermore, the concierge service was exemplary, providing excellent guidance when consulted. The availability of a swimming pool and sauna was an additional welcome feature."

"Did the job nicely, the outside of the building is a bit worn and weathered but the inside is very modern and some work is ongoing to improve it further. Really useful self scan mini shop at reception although maybe a bit pricey. Very friendly, helpful staff. The room was maybe slightly on the basic side but nothing to complain about at all. Free airport shuttle runs a lot at almost all hours of the day too. Definitely recommend!"

"The staff at RHO were great! They answered any questions I had and they were very nice folks. For the most part the room I had was clean. There were some marks on the walls that could have been cleaned up, but thats just me nit picking. The sheets and comforters were cleaned very well along with all of the towels. The breakfast they serve there is decent. I only ate it once and after that I decided to go out in town to find breakfast. (Not that the food was bad, I just didnt want to eat bacon, sausage, eggs and toast every morning. They had other items like fresh fruit, juices, cereals, milk and baked good, but those things aren't what I would normally eat for breakfast). The rooms heating/air conditioning worked very well. Plus there was a window that could be opened. There is no smoking allowed in the rooms, which was fine with me because, 1 I dont smoke cigarettes or any tobacco and 2 I only smoke weed and it was no big deal to just go outside and smoke it. Not only that but if they find out that you have been smoking in your room, they tac on an extra fee. That is completely understandable and fair. Not everyone that goes to Amsterdam is there to smoke weed or smokes tobacco. "
