"Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. "We stayed for two nights, and this wasn’t our first time staying at voco Leicester. Overall, the room was clean, although it could have been a little cleaner in some areas. The room layout was quite unusual, but in a good way — I’d say it was unique rather than strange. The bathroom was spacious and had both a rainfall shower and a handheld shower hose, which was a nice touch. The beds were really comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The room had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, kettle, ironing board and mini fridge. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The only reason I’ve given the hotel 4 stars rather than 5 is the parking, which costs £20 per night. I feel this is quite expensive, especially for guests staying at the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return to voco Leicester."
