We received a warm welcome at reception, the rooms were stylishly decorated but homely and the overall layout of the guest areas made for an experience that was simultaneously classy but intimate. We had breakfast and dinner on both of the days of our stay and were impressed by the breadth and flexibility of the menus available and the high quality of the food and wine menu. "Just back from an enjoyable 6 nights stay at The Lincoln Hotel. Room was perfect for our needs. Very good room service, lovely fresh towels if needed. Excellent breakfast. Ideally situated for Cathedral, Castle and other places of interest. Plenty of eating options."
