Burning Springs Spa & Thermal Pools

The staff here were wonderful. The hot breakfast was good but was so busy there was no place to sit. The rooms are not soundproof at all at least ours wasn’t (205). The first night I listened to a screaming match between a couple for about 45 minutes at 10:30pm. The second night at 10 pm there was loud banging for like 3 minutes and it stopped and then it woke me up a couple hours later again but only lasted a few minutes again. Other than the not great sleeps the room was clean and comfy and staff were great. Oh and no elevator at this place so if you can’t do stairs make sure you are on main level. Parking was good.

This is a lovely place to stay if you need to be near the airport. Nothing fancy, but nice restaurant/bar and friendly staff. I was upgraded to an accessible one-bedroom which was much appreciated. I've stayed here a couple of times and recommend it.
