Worth a stay
Lovely hotel great service and very clean. Check in very easy and helpful. Food is lovely (not the cheapest) but to be expected in a hotel. No complaints everything as expected

It was only a one night stay but I have used this hotel before and I was very happy with the hotel so I was very happy to stay again and it lived up to all expectations

Lovely hotel!
The Ray Hotel was a nice place to hang out and lounge during down time on our trip through Buriram. The breakfast was great, pool lovely, and enough workout equipment to get a good workout in!

No coffee making in room disappointing.
The hotel is good also the food but i feel myself adding coffee making facilities in room would make the customer happier.

Excellent little place.
Cracking little place with really helpful, friendly staff. It was quiet as well which is a bonus when you have a baby. Everything was kept clean, beds were comfortable & as I already said the staff were excellent. My only gripe & it is a small one is there isn't much space to keep your clothes in your room so ended up leaving most of it in our suitcases but other than that I would definitely stay there again.

Good stay at the Ray
As always I enjoyed a good stay at the Ray! The rooms are a good size, modern and well equipped, the gym and swimming pool are great, the breakfast decent and the staff are attentive and friendly.

Nice Hotel in quiet area with a very good Pool.
Spacious clean room. Lovely swimming pool and terrace. Unfortunately food was delivered cold and not as per the menu on day 2. Shower head in the bathroom was not held in place meaning that it had to be held by hand.

Great hotel
Everything was fine with the hotel and a great pool. Unfortunately i was ill during my stay so was unable to use the other facilities. Stayed here many times and always had a pleasant stay. Plenty staff who look after you.

WIFI was OK, Breakfast good. Rooms are poorly lighted. Bathroom has only one very dim light which makes it difficult when using the mirror. Bathroom floor gets totally wet when using the shower. Rooms do not have coffee/tea making or kettle. Bed is rock hard. Swimming pool water was green in color. A bad point is the hotel charged 30bart for use of a towel at the pool, this charge was even levied on paying guests. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and this is a first. Another bad point for this and other hotels, is the charging of a 3% surcharge for payments via credit card.

firstly the staff were very nice and helpful. the swimming pool fantastic. only thing I didn't like was no lifts and sunbeds with no cushions and only four.

Great hotel and great staff, location is a little out of the way (back streets) but if you have transport, no problem. If you're looking for a quiet location to relax, and laze in the pool, this is the place.

Ray Hotel at best is 2 star
Ray Hotel at best is 2 star. Rooms are adequate but don't have tea/coffee making or a kettle. There is a small bar fridge with 2 bottles of water but no mini bar. The website description for the "executive room" makes a big deal about a reclining chair. It is nothing special. Rooms have inadequate storage for clothes. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom consists of a toilet, a basin and a shower without enclosure. When using shower, the entire floor area of the bathroom becomes wet. There is no bathtub. Ray Hotel has a very good outdoor pool and allows non guests usage at a cost. Breakfast is basic. Cereals, toast, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, Thai food,the only western food is pork sausages and fried eggs. Food at the pool was good however not everything listed on the menu was available. We placed the "make up room" sign on the door every morning when we left the hotel, however was mid afternoon for our room to be made up. The ground floor room we occupied had a balcony overlooking a farm paddock. Lighting in the rooms is very poor. WIFI is good.

Pleasant hotel with a nice swimming pool
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is nice but there are no cushions on the wooden sunbeds. The food at breakfast was always cold and no variety.

Very nice hotel little bit on the outside of the city center so a very quiet environment. Staff is very polite and very firendly. Clean big rooms and a good sqimming pool, what mote can a man wish for.
