Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything. Best service I’ve received thus far in a beautifully put hotel with an excellent location and spa!!"
