⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location was also great—only about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the area. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Niagara Falls!

The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very spacious. Everything you need is close by on Transit Road. I stay here every time I am in the area which is at least twice a year and will not go anywhere else!

Cleaning staff excellent with the exception of doors slamming and too much noise before 11 am departure. Front desk folk helpful, but didn't appreciate side door lock not working when I arrived (and was not told it was fixed), and low grade food in the microwave purchasable area. They can do better than that. And the main carpet on the main floor is stained and sordid, should be replaced. Otherwise, rooms are quiet and restful, and again the room cleaners are excellent.

This is my home away from home as I visit Buffalo often. The bedding is heavenly, towels are soft, there are many tv channels including access to streaming channels if you have an account. Coffee in the room plus a refrigerator. They offer a microwave in the lobby cafe. It’s very comfortable and clean.
