  • Welcome to our beautifully renovated 4-I bedroom, 1-bathroom house, with 5 total beds (2 queen, 2 double, and one futon bed). Centrally located for the ultimate convenience! This charming home is the perfect retreat, offering a seamless blend of modern comfort and accessibility to key attractions.

    **Walk to the world's famous Buffalo Wing spot called Duff's. **

    - Add fire pit - $20/ pack of wood if you use our wood 🪵 free if you bring your own wood
    - Add hookah for -$50 we only provide hookah body, and coal and wrapper, must bring your own flavor (due to NYS Tabasco law)
