Safe clean hotel in a great area to stay as a tourist . Staff were exceptional, the manager even made our daughter a colouring book to accompany a long journey. All staff spoke good English and were helpful with local area information and arranged currency exchange at good rates. The hotel was very child friendly. Really nice hotel. Rooms spacious and very clean. Beds ok. Singles only. Area around is ok. Lots of homeless at night but didn’t feel unsafe. We wanted to do laundry which website said they did but they don’t. Laundrette is only 200m down the road.

We booked CasaCalma having read the reviews and were not disappointed. We were on the second floor at the back; the room was huge with plenty of hanging and drawer space. There was a double sized whirlpool bath, two individual glass basins, a large shower and WC with bidet. The bed was huge and comfortable. Great location, good size room with nice breakfast options

Very helpful staff and clean property in a great part of town. Breakfast was also very good. The only minor downside was the gym equipment was quite tired and due for replacement.

Extremely friendly staff, lovely decor, excellent food for lunch. Breakfast was a little limited but not really an issue.

I only stayed one night but it was a perfect location for taking a stroll around the lovely Recoleta area. Plenty of historic buildings, its also close to the river front with great restaurants.
