The property was nice and comfortable. The tub was a little slippery and our room smelled a little like smoke but wasn’t horrible. Staff was super nice and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Everything about the hotel of the rooms we stayed 110 and 429 our favorite. But honestly love the bottom floor. When we stay again hopefully we get bottom. I am a gold member now lol. Love the staff Rooms are clean. Parking bit tight but manageable. Thank you again

Staff was great Checked in with no problems.The room was very clean The room had great A.C.The bed was very comfortable. The parking lot and parking area Outside was not well kept Needed to debris, grass bushes cleaned.There was a dumpster when parking outside tons of trash everywhere.It shares a parking lot with target.Had a lot of homeless walking around. Add lots of places to go eat restaurant stores right next to the korean pop mall.

The room was clean. The swimming pool was clean. The fridge and microwave were clean and worked well. Loved the privacy window screen. The parking lot was too dark. Several of the lights in the parking lot were not working. Toilet was wobbly. The worst and most annoying thing was that THEY TURNED OFF MY ROOM KEY at 10:45am. I was loading up my car to leave and had 2 more trips between car and room, and then my key wouldn't work to get back into the room. I would've been checking out at 10:55 but had to go stand in line for 10 minutes at the office to get them to turn my key back on so that I could finish loading up my car. Sooo annoying! Please, if check out time is 11:00am, don't turn the key off until 11:00am!

Clean room and a carb breakfast is all that is needed to this location which is close to Knotts Berry Farm. The staff was helpful when room service was needed (3 days is the maximum they go without making the room).
