In a prime location just yards away from Summerleaze Beach, the Bude Sea Pool, Restaurants, Bars, Bude Hight Street and Sainsbury’s you won’t need your car unless tempted by the mass of sightseeing opportunities slightly further afield including Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Tintagel, Port Isaac and Padstowe.

Recently converted from the Atlantic House Boutique Hotel there’s plenty of accommodation with most of the rooms providing spectacular beach and sea views.

2 x Portable infant cots can be provided on request free of charge. We believe infant bedding is a personal item so please bring your own.

DOGS:
Atlantic House is dog friendly. We want our four legged guests to enjoy their stay as much as you. Bowls are provided but please bring your own beds. Please note there is a charge of £40/dog per stay to enable us to deep clean after your stay.
The terrace is fenced and gated and there are grass areas right opposite the house.
We hope your dogs don’t cause any damage which will have to be deducted from your security deposit. We would appreciate you contacting us with any problems asap so repairs can be made.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE:
EV Charging is available at a charge of £75/stay

You have full and sole access to the house and everything in it.
Please note that there are some rooms to the rear section of the house which are locked, unoccupied and not in use; rear wing by the fire exit, former manger’s accommodation, housekeeping room and a few store rooms.

Atlantic House has 6 parking spaces. We recommend you use the lockable parking bollards if going out as we are in a prime location and sometimes non-guests simply can't help themselves.
