This stay was awful. The hotel is pretty nice and it’s in a good location but the customer service was very bad. Rooms have TVs that supposedly can only be used if you use Android, they don’t have HDMIs available and don’t look into the accuracy of the information to give you accurate info. We paid for 2 days of breakfast and for some reason they didn’t add us to the list and the woman that checked people in would not let us (and another person who had the same issue) go in - be aware she could’ve simlply written down our room number and confirm or worst case scenario charge us. We had to wait because she didn’t know what to do and reception wouldn’t pick up the phone when she called. Ordered dessert to the room but the person I spoke with at reception could not tell me what the cake had, “some type of chocolate cake”, there’s a massive variety of chocolate cakes and people are allergic to stuff, he was extremely rude at me simply asking what I was literally ordering and paying for had.
We stayed for 6 nights and had no to - it’s a pretty pricy hotel. The customer service WAS AWFUL, oh and when they would clean the rooms they would forget to replace the dirty spoons or mugs, forget to leave coffee, creamer or sweetener.
AWFUL for the price.
