When I first checked in nobody stuck to their bunks and had to move someone’s belongings off the bed I was assigned and reception didn’t do much about it. Additionally the bed creaked ever tiny movement. I was on the ground floor so you could smell smoke constantly and loud music. There was no aircon and the room was so hot it was unbearable. Would not come back.
