Even when I came to check in, the manager didn't even look at me, and didn't make me check in a while. He was just doing his work, and even didn't tell me to wait or any other things. Also the room condition was also terrible. Even though it is "4 stars" hotel, there were many things not cleaned, trashcan had been broken, and also the shower booth door had been broken either. Cleaning lady came inside without knocking door although I had already put the "do not disturb" mark on the door handle. Lastly it was very hot days, there was AC controller, but didn't even work although I set it with lowest temperature. Everything was just terrible, and not recommend this "4 start" hotel.
