The location couldn’t be better — super close to public transport and just a short walk to the 100E airport bus stop. My room was clean, had high ceilings, and a great view of the National Museum, which I loved waking up to. The staff were all very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with recommendations. Special shoutout to Vani — she was so pleasant and easy to talk to, really a great example of what hotel staff should be. The first gentelmen (my first day) was very understanding and flexible- I showed up a day late, tired, hungry, and without proper payment and he trusted me to do the right thing (and I did). He took the time to reccommend places to see and where to eat (he was right!) and I was able to make the best of my trip. The room was clean, beautiful, and the jaccuzi was the best thing for a long day of exploring. I will absolutely stay there again- it was quiet, lively outside, the archetecture was lovely, and both of the men there were so sweet and empathetic.
