"I cannot thank the team at JW Marriott Bucharest enough for their constant support, exceptional resources, and unprecedented level of communication and dedication to my needs. Prior to my stay, I contacted JW Marriott to explain that my intention during the visit was to conduct a marriage proposal. My request was accepted with great warmth and sincerity. Although there was not a huge window of time to organise such an event, the task was met with great enthusiasm and tenacity. The team was able to source one of the world’s current Top 50 photographers, along with botanical features that had to be imported into Bucharest. The Steakhouse restaurant was reserved exclusively at my personal request, and the service provided by Dorin was second to none — the best I have yet encountered. The mood was perfectly set, the team had their fingers crossed, and of course, she said YES! The staff even managed to prepare the room with a rose petal display and chilled sparkling wine while we dined, all without being detected by my fiancé. Overall, the experience marked one of the most memorable and significant moments of my life, and I now regard JW Marriott Bucharest as family.
