"Club lounge good. Good breakfast and service there. Room good. Location as promised. Good. Service at front desk and spa a little underwhelming. Only one functioning elevator meant longer waits sometimes. €60 euro Spa fee for pool use by my guests, a source of irritation. Didn’t like this nor the way it was handled by the staff. I’d call it an okay 4 star experience. Definitely not 5 star. Value was okay. Probably wouldn’t rush back here, being honest."

"Great location, very close to Alaxenderplaz (train, Ubahn, Sbahn, trams). Easy to walk to a lot of places. The bed was VERY comfortable and it would have been a very god night’s seep had it not been for the noise from the road. The location overlooks Karl-Marks Allee and that gets used as a drag racing track for a lot of the night - ask for a room at the back. There was WiFi but it did not work in the room. There was a fault with the wireless access point that covered our room and they were not able to resolve that in three days - which is disappointing. The WiFi worked in the public areas downstairs but it was not very fast. There as a smell of drains when we walked through the door and that was especially bad in our bathroom."
