The hotel is right by a 100 route bus stop which made getting into the city centre really easy. Very good value for money, helpful staff and comfortable lobby. Walking distance from grocery stores, U Bahn station and bus tours. Reasonably priced restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The hotel is veryngood, the location is super, bus stop number 100 is right innfront of the hotel, it will take you directly to Alexanderplats. The rooms are ok, but no watter bottle, or phones or any room service. But you can get everything very cheap in supermarket in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean and safe.

Nice hotel, very centrally located near restaurants and major sights. Room was small but clean and cozy. Short distance to U-Bahn and various buses. Breakfast on 1st floor had good selection and was open and spacy. All in all very happy with the stay.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property. The location is reasonably convenient, being just one minute from a bus line and 7 minutes from the train, but that’s the best I can say about it. The room was tiny, even by European standards to the point where I could barely walk around the bed. Worse, the bathroom was positively dangerous- the tub had no effective anti-slip material left on it and had a very high step over height and no grab bar. The tub is also so small that the shower curtain sticks to you half the time you’re trying to shower. The shower head heights adjustment was broken and despite my mentioning it after the first night, it was not fixed after 5 days. I had to shim a folded up piece of paper just to make the shower usable. There is also no guest laundry available. The air conditioner was mostly for show as it did no noticeable conditioning of the air. For the money there have got to be several better options for your stay in Berlin or spend a bit more and stay at a hotel worth staying at. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this one is sadly justified.

The staff here is absolutely fantastic. So helpful and very knowledgeable. There are a lot restaurants in the area and very easy to get transportation. The room has AC and breakfast if needed. There’s also a bar in the lobby :) Cons: though there is AC it’s dated just like the rooms. The area is a little rundown as well. A little updating would do wonders for this hotel but worth the stay.

The hotel is nice but the building has not aged well. The elevators are tiny, one had a cracked mirror dropped in plastic sheet. The shower curtain still had long hair stuck to it when I arrived, so the staff changed me to another room. The new room's bathroom's tiles had dried brown shower gel solidified on it. I flagged it, but it had not been scratched off by the time I left, too bad. The breakfast was great, and the staff was nice.
