Communication with Marie and Georges was great. Georges met us on arrival, and gave us an "in depth" tour of the apartment (Which you need as the apartment is SO BIG!!), explaining where everything was, and how everything worked. He also gave suggestions of restaurants, and gave great instructions about how to get to places on the Metro, tram or bus!!!
