"Very central and good breakfast. Missed having an in person reception, so would possibly avoid this hotel in future and choose the linked hotel with the reception. It’s worth being aware that this is on a busy dining street with a nice evening buzzy vibe - so some people may find it too noisy."

"Our stay was perfect! We spent a week at the hotel and, if it had been up to us, we would definitely have stayed longer. The hotel is brand new, modern, and beautifully designed. For us, it is the most beautiful hotel in Kaprun.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always made time for a nice chat. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.
We will definitely be coming back!"

The hotel, the staff, the room and the overall experience were fantastic, I would most definitely return. There were just a couple of little things that I think would make this hotel outstanding.
Firstly a hot drink area in the room (kettle at the very least). Whilst you could get a coffee at breakfast it would be nice to relax in your room with access to hot drinks.
A fridge. I understand during the winter you can leave things on the balcony but it was just a little point I picked up on...

Welcoming, friendly staff. Excellent English to make up for our lack of German. Easy to find hotel - just over an hours drive from Salzburg airport. Train station a few mins walk through pedestrian area. Less than 5 mins walk to CityXpress ski lift. Ski passes can be bought at the hotel. Ski room access from street. Use of showers in the pool area possible for late departure if you want to ski on the day you leave. Substantial breakfast buffet - didn't eat at hotel in the evening so can't...

Staff were very friendly dot and helpful.
We had the sea view which was nice but noisy due to trains running through the night. Maybe best to book Mountain View.

The apartment was of a good size with 1 separate double bedroom, bathroom, toilet, kitchen dining room lounge with a double sofa bed and plenty of storage. The hotel is flexible and you can book room only, bed & breakfast or half board and even mix it up if you like. We ate breakfast and evening meals once during our 7 night stay and found the food and service to be very good but we don't like to be tied down to set eating times so we ate in other restaurants and bars located in the town.
