We had included breakfast and dinner and the meals were delicious and the staff second to none. The hotel is a little outside Zell am See, but it is an easy walk to the center of town and alternatively there is a free bus directly in front of the hotel. We stayed two nights on a long weekend, family ski trip. This is one of my favorite resorts we have ever stayed! Highlights were the amazing food (get half board), the pool and sauna area, relaxing atmosphere, kids game room and all of the fun activities the segl family had planned. For example, the hotel sent many emails telling us about the complimentary summer pass, they gave it to us on arrival with a glass of wine, then surprised us with a huge fee as we were checking out. They charged for the fusball table in the game room, and other tiny things that most hotels would give for free. The tea box in the room even had a note saying "don't ask us for more sugar or tea. You can buy more in our shop downstairs". The front desk staff was very friendly, but the restaurant staff was pretty rude (one person acted exasperated when we wanted to add a tip because it was after they printed the reciept). Suoer Fußmassage. Liebes bemühtes Personal, jedoch sehr viel verplant. Leider kein Hygienekit am Zimmer(Wattestäbchen, shampoo...) und nichts zu trinken am Zimmer. Essen war lecker aber Nudeln teils kalt oder viel vom Buffet bereits aus. Weiss nicht warum es Sporthotel heisst ;-) Lag aber sehr nah am See, perfekt für den Ironmanstart.
