The pool is walking distance and the kids had plenty of things to do from the pool and the basketball court we enjoyed every minute. I launched the boat at a near by ramp and drove it to the house property. Good for guys with boats and a family."

We spent most our time on the water so this worked out perfect to lay your head down and get some rest. Only negative is no TV in bedroom if you want to nap or rest in there but we were mainly there for the Lake. "
