So much that we only stayed one night out of 7 booked and I knew that there would be no refund because that’s what these people do. Once they have your money, there is nothing on earth that would make them give you even a partial refund!"

"Short and sweet: you get what you pay for. Windows wouldn’t open had to put a wedge in so it would, curtains stained with unknown substance. Pillowes we had on our bed was sofa cushions. Bathroom tiles was coming up. My daughters window by her bed would have been easy for anyone to open from outside luckily was was on 3rd floor. "
