"We stayed for 2 nights in May. I learned that this property was originally designed as condos. That explains the unusual numbers on the rooms. Our room was very small but it had 2 chairs & a table & was overlooking the pool. There is a golf fairways & green adjacent to the hotel. The hotel entrance & restaurant are nicely decorated. There is underground parking included. If the property had been built at a higher elevation, it would have had a spectacular view of Lake Windermere! The hallway carpet could use upgrading. First impressions count. The change room by the pool had very narrow passageways, not built for crowds. The Exercise room was pretty basic & some of the equipment did not look very clean. The front staff was friendly but could not tell us where we could watch the baseball game .. later I saw that it was playing in the bar just adjacent to the front desk. The restaurant food was okay but the very dusty divider dampened my appetite. There are pickleball courts but we did not have time to play."

"You really should be able to give listings zero stars on Expedia because this place deserves it. We booked this understanding that it’s a cheaper choice and weren’t expecting anything fancy. But you still expect cleanliness. From the listing pictures it looked like a typical cheaper hotel but looked clean and well maintained. That was not the case. The front lobby was clean and presentable but once we made our way down the hallway towards the rooms that quickly changed. There was a giant pile of dirt at the front door of our room, dirt and hair all over the floor of the room to the point we had to ask a housekeeper to come vacuum before we got settled, splash marks of who knows what on the walls, the ac unit sounded like it was fighting for its life and the vent was caked in dust, the outdoor “grassy” area was over grown and basically a dandelion forest, the curtains had holes and felt crusty, there was people clearly living in the hotel with their cats wandering around up to your door, and the final straw was the floor fan covered in dust and what one can only hope was moisturizer. We ended up leaving and getting a room down the road for a similar price a night and it felt like we’d gotten upgraded to the Ritz."

"Our stay was exceptional and the staff were so welcoming! We extended our stay one extra night because we couldn’t bear to leave the next morning. Pools and sauna were a beautiful way to unwind after a road trip."
