Front desk staff were friendly but the back office person (?manager) was quite dismissive and not very willing to respond to questions or address concerns. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is seating for 4-5, plus the dinette. There is no air conditioning, so the unit was very hot, in spite of a recent dip in temperature. Parking is underground, and well lighted, and BC fragrant. This location needs to repair its ice machines. We did not use the hot tub. Pets are not permitted at this facility. We were provided with an ancient fan, and the window didn’t open much. Also, the water pipes squealed when having a shower.
