Located in Brison-Saint-Innocent, this 35 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, with one bedroom and a living room offering extra sleeping space. You have a bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen to prepare your meals. The apartment features private Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, dryer, fan, video on demand, and a private jacuzzi for relaxing after exploring the area. Families with babies will appreciate the provided crib, and beach towels are included for your comfort.



Enjoy the shared garden while admiring the stunning views of the mountains and lake. The heated outdoor pool is available from May 15 to September 30, heated between 25°C and 29°C, measuring 11 x 5 m with a depth from 1.20 m to 2.00 m. The pool house is open year-round and includes a sauna, covered spa, changing rooms, toilets, and a hot shower; bathrobes and towels are provided. The playground and sports equipment offer plenty of leisure options. Toys and books for children are also available. Your private covered terrace and barbecue are perfect for outdoor dining, and an outdoor shower adds extra comfort.



On-site shared parking is available, and public transport is accessible. Pets are welcome if you inform us and respect the neighborhood. There is a storage room for skis and bikes. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
