The staff were excellent and the trim was exceptional. The only issues was the smell in the hallway
The apartments are in quite a good location, within 10 minute walk to Bowen Hills train station.
The room was in good, clean condition. Lounge was old and uneven, sunk to the middle, making it uncomfortable to sit on. Bedding was comfortable. Parking fee should be included in the price, not extra $15.00.
Overall, for the price, it was all we needed for the weekend

Very nice apartment in a great area - many restaurants within walking distance. Only problem was the air conditioner was extremely loud and we could not run the one in the bedroom at all due to the noise it made. Once they owners fix that problem would highly recommend this property.

Clean and tidy spacious apartment. Not as nice as in photos. Was fairly quiet. Best part was walkable to Showgrounds for event. Close to cafe and bottle shop. No parking available due to being fully booked but was able to park on back street.

Looking at the reviews, i was thinking what have i booked. I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean, no smells, great views. Wasn't a 5 star but didn't pay 5 star price. The air conditioner in the bedroom was noisy, spoke to reception and change room straight away. Staff were friendly. I would recommend 👌

Property perfectly located to access Brisbane CBD and the Northern Suburbs.
I was in Brisbane needing to move between Southbank and Boondall (Brisbane Entertainment Centre).
The two rooms we stayed in were clean, kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, stove top, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc, plus washing machine and clothes dryer, and the garbage chute on the floor to dispose of rubbish.
The only thing I found needed attention is the sofa, and new carpet would be a much needed facelift.
