"Only Hotel choice for the area. Comfortable rooms, unless you got the ground floor road side rooms which can get noisy. Check in was challenging. The staff displayed incompetency manipulation of their computers. Not customer oriented and obvious lack of understanding of what she was doing. The robot serving the food as waitress was fun "

"Rooms are great and spacious, also clean. We’ve booked some massages in advance which were also great value. (Keep in mind these are wellness, not medical!). However, the Fitness room needs some proper maintenance. Water rower out of water, Spin bikes barely moving, Weight stand bend, .. Nothing serious, but unexpected in a pricey 4* Hotel. Same is true for the Sauna Area. Like the knobs to hang your bathrobe/towel are either gone, or super loose. Again, it does function and I had a few Sauna...

"- Check-in is after 14:00 but the reception on Sundays closes at 13:00. - No brekfast on Monday(and it's not even mentioned on their website). - Vending machines don't take cards. It has good rooms, polite staff and it's clean but it's not enough to compensate the lack of very basic things."
