"Entering the property was very off putting. I regretted the booking as the stairwell was dirty musty and stunk of marijuana. The apartment itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. I have to say it was overall one of the worst stays of any apartment ive booked . Extremely noisy from neighbours in unit 4 and from party goers loudly hanging out at the NCP car park. Only stay if you like lots of noise. Construction ongoing next door. Had I known i would have stayed somewhere else. Close to...

"What a find Happy House was ! So clean, beautifully furnished and equipped and then the views …… stunning ! Being able to sit on the comfy sofa with a coffee looking out to sea and the same from the main bedroom was the cherry on top !!All this plus parking, great location for exploring Brighton and along the coast."

"What a fabulous house, host and location! The house was immaculate when we arrived. It was cool, quality yet homely for a birthday weekend celebration it was perfect.. easy access to Hove and close to Brighton to enjoy all it had to offer.. even the rain didn’t dampen our weekend.. we will be returning!"

"Garden cottage is a very cosy and comfortable home from home in a great location for exploring the coast and inland. Rottingdean is also a very interesting village for exploring on foot, and Brighton is easy to visit by bus. There are also plenty of attractions to visit, including National Trust properties which we saw decorated for Christmas, so an added bonus."
