The location opposite the railway station is the main reason I chose this property in July and I have returned here again in October, this year. on the latter occasion I was given a standard double room which did not suit my needs (lack of power outlets, bath not shower) but the staff were very helpful and the next day upgraded me to the room I had in July, so cannot thank them enough for that. Will, no doubt stay here again in the future.

Old rustic charming hotel with breakfast lounge …..good value for money and clean room. We came in summer with ongoing heatwave so the rooms were warm/hot but hotel had provided fan when we arrived which was thoughtful of them Hotels /apartment in Switzerland generally don’t have AC but the staff was polite and helpful Recommend this hotel and it is located close to Brig station so can be noisy earlier in the morning

Great stay mostly and wonderful staff. Hotel was in a good location close to everything in town notably the train station. Well maintained and great rooms. Thank you for having adequate windows and providing 2 desk fans which actually did a reasonable job cooling the room down. The beds were incredibly soft which you may think is a good thing but you feel like you are sinking into the mattress and is uncomfortable for your back, I have never experienced a softer bad. I would seriously consider new mattresses for these beds. The room had a fridge which was great.

The inside was better than we expected from the outside: rooms were large, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Right across from the train station & easy walking to restaurants and grocery stores. Close to the Old Town for a nice walk after supper. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable hotel. Although some areas were a bit tired, e.g. bathrooms were very old, everything worked. Room was comfortable and the family room was actually two separate rooms with a shared entrance and bathroom which worked great for us. Brig is very quiet and all of the shops were closed when we arrived at 19.00 on a Wednesday in July so nowhere to buy food.

Our room had a stunning view of the mountains and it was bright and airy. The hotel is located right in front of the train station which is really convenient. However, one of the shower door was missing which caused the bathroom to be flooded after we showered. Apart from that, it was a good stay overall!

First of all, the location is great because it is located in front of Breg station (just 2min on foot). Secondly staff services are excellent. We realized that I left the wallet in the hotel room after checkout but the woman staff accepted us so kindly even though early morning. I can’t say thanks enough. Recommend to stay here!

Our train to Zermatt was cancelled due to landslide so we had to overnight in Brig and this came up with good reviews. We checked in right before the staff was ready to leave and she was trying to handle other travelers looking for rooms. Kudos to her for being so nice when it was leaving time. We got off the elevator and the halls were dated, dark and a musty smell so we weren't feeling good. Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised with the modern look, nice needs, clean and satisfied for the three of us. It was hot so we opened the doors, overlooking the train station and already saw 2 fans, which we used to draw in the cool air. Swiss air conditioning at it's best! We stayed in a 5-start in Lucerne that wasn't close to being this cool. We were given a restaurant recommendation, which was spot-on good Italian food. Minor issues ... Shower leaked, but a towel helped keep the mess to a minimum (room 31) and didn't have paper/pen to advise the property. And the one fan was really noisy ... Again, we were thrilled to have it but did have to turn it off or throw it off the balcony to stop the squeak.
