Just 10 minutes from downtown Bridgton for shops, restaurants, and lakes, with easy access to swimming, boating, and hiking. Take a short drive to Pleasant Mountain trails or explore North Conway 30 minutes away. Enjoy a peaceful large country setting and visit nearby Narramissic Farm and walking trail, just 2 miles away perfect for a relaxing summer getaway or exploring Maine’s beauty! The home features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, bright living spaces, and two bedrooms: a loft-style master with a queen bed, with private bathroom and shower a second bedroom with another queen, and a cozy bonus room with a TV and sofa perfect for kids or extra guests!

The main living room, with comfy recliners, is perfect for cozy movie nights or fun game nights with friends and family. The full bathroom offers a convenient tub-shower combination, and there’s an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outside, adventure awaits! This farmhouse is a perfect place to enjoy Maine’s natural beauty with lush greenery surrounding the property. Narramissic Farm, a historic hill farm just 2 miles which offers a nice hiking trail and museum tours built in 1797. Holt Pound Preserve 1.5 miles away is an easy loop trail great for birding, cross-country skiing and hiking. Kayaking, or fishing on one of the many local lakes. Just 7 miles away, the Naples Causeway offers boat rentals, shops, and restaurants. In the winter, you’re just 12 miles from Pleasant Mountain for skiing and snowboarding, and snowshoeing trails are close by.

We come up to sebago a few times during the summer to visit my brother who has a camp site. This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped. I usually bring my own cooking supplies but that wasn’t needed here. Everything was great, thank you!
