"Have heard nlt so good things about this hotel in the past but this is the first time I have stayed. It has new owners and well I must say they are turning it around. The price was very competitive and this included breakfast which was very good. The room was a little dated but was very clean, the bathroom is brand new and very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. We didnt eat apart from breakfast so cant comment on the resteraunt other than the breakfast. We would stay again, also...

"Lovely comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was great and the staff were all really friendly, informative and welcoming. Feel it is a little overpriced but Pitlochry itself is pretty pricey. It is a steep walk back up the hill from Pitlochry if you have walking difficulties. We would probably stay again though. "

"Glenkilrie house is in a superb location and if you catch it on a clear night the stargazing is amazing. The accommodation is cosy and there is a communal lounge with a TV for all to enjoy, there is also a visitors book in this room which has collected comments from people all across the globe! "A lovely guesthouse run by C. She was welcoming and friendly the whole time we were there and the house itself has been kept/cleaned to a very high standard. Wonderfully comfy bed and walkable to the centre of Perth. We’ve already pencilled in with C to stay next year when we’re down for the same event. "

"Beautiful, quiet location. This is not overcrowded, there is plenty of space and the facilities are clean. The site is well thought out. The pods are below a small hill/cragg, with lots of wildlife. Deers can be seen along the ridge line during the evening. Plenty of walks nearby and further a field. Highly recommend."
