"The room was clean and suited us very well. It is a room in an older building, so the room was quite small with no room for any luggage and the amenities were simple. But we were prepared so there wasn't any surprises. The setting was magnificent, and yes I would most definitely recommend a stay on the mount!"

"Our stay was great but the check in process was confusing. We were supposed to get a code but didn’t. We showed up and didn’t know what to do to park. We tried calling the number but while listening to hold music the call would drop at 1 minute 19 seconds. Finally by the tenth call we got someone who was helpful. These are the reasons we gave a 4 instead of a five for staff. All the staff we interacted with in person were delightful. We checked in at the hotel on the mainland and they gave us a map which led to the office to do the actual check in. It was a little confusing but we got it. Once in the room it was great. An issue that isn’t really unavoidable and I didn’t dock any stars for is that there is a small forklift that moves on the street below at like 5 am. It’s noisy. Breakfast was included and it was fabulous. Beds were cozy. Very clean. Electric kettle in room with instant coffee and tea. I was very happy with these. Bottom line, I’d recommend this place. It’s so cool staying on the island and walking without backpacks. But make sure you get the parking code! They don’t just send it to you."

"Nous avons passé une bonne semaine, endroit très calme et reposant.Nous avons été très bien accueilli, Merci à Vincent de nous avoir aidé pour les visites des alentours.Pour venir avec un petit chien super, tout est clôturé.Dommage qu'il n'y a plus la petite terrasse en bois qui apparaît sur la photo, car pour manger dehors c'est plus facile que des gravillons, mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail.Je vous conseille ce petit endroit pour vous ressourcer."

"We had a sea view room and it was beautiful. The room is small and basic yet clean but that is the nature of staying on the island. We felt very safe as you had to use your key card to enter the hotel later in the evening/night. Staff was very personable and helpful. We opted out of the breakfast but if you’re an early riser and want to have time to walk the streets before it gets busy, nothing else is open so I would recommend just eating there. Some helpful hints are a reminder to pack lightly (just bookbags) and there’s no air conditioning so dress appropriately. When parking, be sure you’ve either emailed or called the hotel to get the code to park 24 hours in advance. This hotel faces the east so you’re on the sun rise side. During summer, you’re in the sun all day but does cool down at night. We did stay during unseasonably warm weather. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend."
