"A great, quiet stay in this clean hotel with an outstanding breakfast. If you must park at the hotel, make sure to reserve ahead of time as the parking is often full upon arrival. Fairly easy to find free street parking though."
"Accessing this place was an experience. We went up a rickety 17th staircase into the apartment where we felt liken we’d gone back in time to the 1980s. With the exception of the bathroom, everything looked and felt tired, grubby and musty - particularly the kitchen. And yet it was well equipped and everything worked perfectly - even the ancient electric coffee-maker.Whatever its shortcomings, the apartment is in the fascinating old town; it is spacious and it does have a small balcony. And it’s there that we would sit and have a glass of wine and watch a seagull turn up on an adjacent window ledge every evening about 7.30pm where a lady would open her window and feed it. It’s that kind of place"
