Accommodates 6 guests in three 2nd floor bedrooms; each bedroom has one queen bed. Full kitchen to enjoy a quiet meal after a busy day with dishwasher to make the clean up easier. If you're more up to eating out, the home is close to dozens of restaurants. All new kitchen appliances and updated 1.5 bathrooms (half bath is off a bedroom). Washer & dryer in home. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Home has yard and fire pit with firewood available. There is one security camera set up at side door where you'll be entering and exiting. View shows most of driveway and backyard area. The ring camera also picks up audio. Walk to Brewer Riverwalk, concerts, or downtown Brewer/Bangor. Many restaurants, local colleges, shopping areas, and attractions nearby. 1 hour from Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. Enjoy Maine's hiking, skiing, boating, or other outdoor activities. Off road parking. The space: Downstairs offers fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, full bathroom with deep soaking tub. Towels, shampoo, and body wash provided. It was clean and comfortable enough for our stay.We were there in a cold April and needed heat which was provided by radiators scattered throughout the home. There is no central air blower to move air around the house. Nonetheless, the radiators worked surprisingly well, and we were comfortable. Not sure how comfortable it would be in a hotter summer.Please note that the stairs in this older home are narrow and steep which could be a problem for some.
