"This apartment has a great location in Milan and a lot of potential, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The entire apartment felt dirty and poorly maintained. The rug in the living room was absolutely filthy, the walls desperately need fresh paint, and the bathrooms are deteriorated and in need of renovation. The water pressure was also extremely poor, and even basic amenities such as the shampoo and soap dispensers were...

This is now the second time we have stayed at Brera Prestige and as always we can't find a single fault. The Hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of Milan and offers only the best facilities and customer service.
A five minute walk to the Duomo and close to many cafes and wonderful restaurants, we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else on our yearly visit to Milano.

Wonderful luxury weekend. The hotel's bigger strength is the quality of the service. All staff without fail were warm, welcoming, and unpretentious. I was alone for part of the weekend, and was made to feel very relaxed and welcome as a lone female diner in the restaurant and at the bar before the rest of my party arrived. The hotel is perfect for all, including singe travellers, families, couples. Highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights here to celebrate our anniversary. When checking in we were surprised to find that they had upgraded our room! We stayed in the junior suite, great space, stylish and most comfortable. We spoiled ourselves with room service, which was most efficient, and a spa treatment (a must for anyone staying here, but book early as time slots can be hard to come by). I fell ill the last night with fever, the hotel arranged for someone to go to the pharmacy and get me some paracetamol...

Imagine going through a door in set into a very large double set of doors in a small side street. Some may say, unfairly, that it feels like stepping into a prison. In fact you are actually entering a building that has several private residencies and commercial offices - including a laboratory of some kind.
Finding it was a nightmare! If it was not for a very determined taxi driver I doubt we would have found it. When you think "Hotel" you may expect to see its name lit up outside. This...

Large flat, with balcony and Nespresso machine. We needed last-minute accommodation for 4 people and the team here sorted us out quickly. Fabio made up the sofa bed for us in no time at all. I didn’t get the cleaning lady’s name the following day when we were leaving as she was arriving but she was lovely too. I’d definitely stay here again. Good value too

Could do easily have been 5 star but wasn’t 1. - we could not find it …..the police and the local tourist office (across the road ) had no idea - but would have found it easily if they said ‘collect key from hotel uno) …… and 2. Once in we could not find our way out ! Not a single arrow or exit sign …. Luckily not an emergency and 3. 3 of us staying but only one key which was needed to get in and out and 3 . Depressing as so dark ! A few more lights would make a huge difference and help with...

The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. My entire stay was punctuated with support from wonderful, helpful and courteous staff, who could have done nothing more to improve my stay......until they provided the...

This is a hotel with an extraordinary history. Its link with Giuseppe Verdi is completely unique. It is also just a few minutes walk from Teatro alla Scala. Everything about this hotel is completely wonderful; the food, the staff, the rooms and restaurants.
