"I would like My room clean and tidy when I return from where I’m going out to Norwich, I would like my room tidy when I get back and the bathroom clean and I believe that The Hotel needs a reverb and new carpets and new bathroom suites apart from that the staff are amazing. I couldn’t fault him at all the food was fantastic and the staff are very friendly."

"the hotel itself is great, rooms are spacious and clean we stayed in a superior family room which was great and had a complementary minibar that was re-stocked. the hotels halls however could do with some TLC , a bit of paint would make this a better review. it just looks a little tired in some places. I was disappointed by the breakfast. the Hot buffet was good but the cold buffet was a bit lacking. You can order some extra bits such as a ham and cheese platter separately but that literally consisted of 2 slices of ham and 2 sad looking pieces of cheese. no selection there, no vegetables. Anything over and above and a bit more fancy you had to pay extra for. So if you are a hot ,fried breakfast type you would love it but if you prefer a cold buffet choice you might be disappointed. The fruit and pastries were ok and so were the cereal but I would only rate this 3 out of 5 stars overall."

"The only reason that I can't give the Bull Inn 5 stars is due to the really strange lay-out whereby the shower is totally open to the room. Obviously, if you share a room with someone, you're going to know each other very well, but having some privacy when you shower would be a good thing."
