"Positives: The 3 apartments are newly decorated so they are clean, fresh and stylish. Great position, quiet spot but quickly into town. Negatives: As a whole house, the appearance is only let down by the office like industrial stairs and the layout of the ground floor flat, requiring access to the courtyard rear via a bedroom.A huge disappointment was the 2 hosts turning up at the property during our stay to sort bins, something in the porch and requesting access to wash their hands. "We had a wonderful time at Hockwold Hall! We recently spent 5 days there with our 4 children and my husband's parents. There was plenty of room to spread out! The gardens were just beginning to awaken and were beautiful! There was plenty to do for all between table tennis, snooker, and outdoor tennis(even though it was a bit chilly).
