We were given incorrect information about parking, after renting two cars because we were told we had two parking places the property reply was well you can figure it out. You have two cars. The outside lockers never were not usable for ski gear. And you cannot smoke a cigar or anything anywhere on property even outside. So a nice whiskey with a cigar after a long ski day is out! The place is spacious with good accommodations, modern appliances and ample parking. However, it needs a facelift and some TLC. The kitchen is well stocked with the utensils, dishes and appliances you need, but many of the pots need to be replaced and unfortunately the dishwasher was covered in mold when we arrived. Thankfully the rental company took care of this and it was thoroughly cleaned during our stay. The carpet needs to be replaced, linens need updating... it just feels a bit outdated for the cost of the stay. The kitchen is well stocked with the utensils, dishes and appliances you need, but many of the pots need to be replaced and unfortunately the dishwasher was covered in mold when we arrived. Thankfully the rental company took care of this and it was thoroughly cleaned during our stay. The carpet needs to be replaced, linens need updating... it just feels a bit outdated for the cost of the stay. While we love the location and the layout and space, we will likely look elsewhere for future stays. ##### Ross P. Perfectly fine digs, but kitchenware badly needs a refresh (lousy pans, and just one single wine glass? really?). And that sofa - comfy yes - but might have been purchased during the Eisenhower administration. Not only is the location incredibly convenient to the center of Breck but it also felt very private and quiet at night. Win win! Plenty of space, comfortable accommodations. Loved the patio areas, jacuzzi, updated kitchen. The bedrooms were perfect, though could be updated with cozier bedding. The washing machine could use a deep clean (saw some yucky build-up in the crevices that we tried to clean ourselves) but really no other complaints!
