The Village at Breckenridge Resort is a ski-in/ski-out property to the QuickSilver ski lift, meaning you are just steps from Main Street, hiking trails, and more!
This premier studio unit features a king-size bed and a leather queen sleeper sofa, allowing the kids to join in the fun. This unit is one of the highly desired corner units, offering more square footage and a quieter environment (away from the elevator/open hallways) than the other studio units.
After a long day of hiking, skiing, or shopping, unwind in the living area with the HDTV with Comcast/Xfinity OnDemand or connect to your personal devices with high-speed WiFi.
Don't forget to recharge for the next fun-filled day by preparing a meal in the equipped kitchen. Recently remodeled with new granite countertops and flooring, you'll find a full suite of appliances and cookware. Start your morning with a pot of coffee and viewing the 40" Smart HDTV. This location is unbeatable! Besides ski-in/out access to the Quick Silver High Speed Ski Lift, you can hit the slopes early or easily access hiking trails. Main Street is just 1/2 block away and features art galleries, museums, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. And across the street, you'll find a stop for Breckenridge's FREE shuttle bus system to take you further throughout town or connect you with FREE bus service to other area resorts, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.
Due to the unit's location, you do not need a rental car when traveling in Colorado. I recommend taking the shuttle to Breckenridge. If you have a car, there are three parking options available. - **Option 1:** The Village at Breckenridge offers a heated garage for guests on a first-come, first-served basis, with parking costs varying by season. April 13 - May 21: $6/night; May 22 - Oct 31: $16/night. The 2026/2027 Ski Season ranges from $41 to $51/night, depending on the night needed. - **Option 2:** I have another unit located approximately 150 yards to the east. If parking is available there during your stay, you can park for free. - **Option 3:** Additional parking is available near the ice rink and is serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle service for easy access to your vehicle.
I can direct you to ski rental discounts and transportation discounts to and from Denver International Airport via shuttle (no need to rent a car and worry about driving/parking).

Scott worked with us on parking options throughout our stay and provided wonderful accommodations in the unit! Communication and hospitality were outstanding.
Loved our stay at the Village. Super convenient to everything. Room was perfect with a great view. We did the hot tubs and stream room every night, great amenities!! Scott was amazing, helped with arranging a driver and made sure there were no issues getting in the room. Ski rentals on site, and steps to the lift! Great trip!!
Scott was a great host. The location of the unit is top-notch. Walking distance to many ski lifts, shops, and restaurants in the Breck village area. The unit and all the towels, sheets, dishes, etc were all clean. The phone app used for the unit/parking key was also very convenient. Scott was available immediately to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend staying at this unit or any of Scott’s in the area.

This condo was just as advertised! Excellent location, and everything I needed for my stay. Full kitchen is well equipped, bathroom is nice size and King bed is very comfortable. I will definitely plan to stay again next season.
We have enjoined beautiful views and nice amenities at this 5th floor apartment. It's location is just perfect for skiing with little kids. Close proximity to restaurants at main street. With Scott going above and beyond as a Super Host we had a great stay and will come back for sure. Thank you again Scott.

The efficiency we stayed at was clean and has great views of Peak 9. Breckenridge is beautiful in the summer with all the flowers and it's so clean wherever you go. Will definitely return.
