Come home from skiing, hiking, biking, or Main Street, pour your favorite drink, and let everyone gather naturally. The bar, family room, fireplace, kitchen, and dining area create a social center where people can be together without feeling crowded.

The open living area combines modern alpine design with the warmth you want from a Colorado mountain home.

Settle around the gas fireplace, share some wine and stories from the day, watch a movie, or start planning tomorrow's adventure. Large windows bring in natural mountain light while the open layout keeps the kitchen, dining area, Summit Bar, and family room connected.

Step onto the private deck for morning coffee or an evening drink surrounded by aspens and mountain views.

Room to Retreat -
When everyone is ready to call it a night, Summit Sanctuary gives the group room to spread out.

Two king bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, while a separate bunk suite creates another dedicated sleeping space for kids, friends, or additional guests.

That combination works particularly well for families and groups: plenty of time together when you want it, with private spaces when you don't.

A Kitchen That's Actually Equipped -
The full kitchen is prepared for guests who actually want to use it.

Make breakfast before first chair, put together après-ski snacks for the Summit Bar, or cook dinner while everyone gathers nearby. The open layout keeps whoever is cooking part of the group instead of separating them from everyone else.

After a full day outside, it's the practical comforts that suddenly become luxuries.

Your private heated garage protects your vehicle from the weather and provides secure storage for skis, snowboards, bikes, and mountain gear. You'll also have an additional reserved parking space on the heated driveway.

Heated snowmelt parking areas and walkways make winter arrivals easier, with less time dealing with snow and ice and more time enjoying Breckenridge.

And once you've parked, you may not need the car again until you leave.

After skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring town, relax in the large outdoor community hot tubs and soak under the Colorado sky.
